Payment Terms and Conditions

For your booking to be confirmed and to make things easier, we do ask for payment in advance. You can then settle the balance of the account on arrival at the destination before our services begin.

Payment Details:

  • 1. Advance Payment Amount: The amount required differs according to the service offer made and will be clearly stated upon booking.
  • 2. Peak Season: Confirmation for hotel bookings during peak season-that is, Christmas, New Year, and festivals—has to be made by paying the full amount in advance.
  • 3. Modification or Termination: We may, at any time, and without prior intimation, modify or terminate an offer or restrict its availability because of changes in availability or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • 4. Debit/Credit Card: Pay online using a Master or Visa debit or credit card.
  • 5. Foreign Nationals: Through currency notes, traveler's check, or Master/Visa/American Express credit card.

Important Information:

  • Alternative Accommodation: In case it is not available at the above-mentioned hotels then hotels of a similar category would be arranged for accommodation.
  • Bank Charges: the payment by credit card there would be bank charges which would be added along with the total cost.
  • Payment Deadlines: These must be established so that one is sure of confirmation of booking and prevention of cancellation.

Payment Policy:

  • 1. Advance Payment Non-refundable: Be aware that the advance payment is non-refundable; therefore, ensure you are sure about the booking.
  • 2. Confirmation of Payment: After the impact of payment, you may obtain a confirmation email with information regarding the booking.

Jeep Safari and Booking Policies

Non-Refundable Payments:

  • Jeep Safari bookings are non-refundable.
  • Peak season bookings (weekends or weekdays during Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year) have their cancellation policies. We will inform you of them now and then.

Liabilities and limitations:

  • In case the Government of India raises the permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges during your tour/service, we reserve the right to surcharge the same.
  • We may, at our discretion, alter or cancel tours/services in case of unforeseen events.

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DESTRUCTION OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM ANY NATURE DISASTERS, ACCIDENTS, OR OTHER UNEXPECTED EVENTS.

Cancellation Policies

There are the following cancellation policies relating to:

  • Peak Season Hotel Reservations
  • Jeep Safari Reservations
  • Other services are subject to advance notice for necessity.

Payment Terms:

  • For Peak Season Bookings, full payment is to be made to confirm the bookings.
  • Payments have to be reached by due date to confirm your bookings.

Policies Important Notice

Due to the specific nature of our services, we cannot provide refunds and cancellations. After payment, the amount is not refundable and not transferable under any condition.

Reasons for No Refund and No Cancellation

  • 1. Prior-booked Services: Over here, most of our services are mainly pre-booked and scheduled in advance. In this regard, we can't offer any cancellation or refund facilities for sure.
  • 2. Resource Allocation: We have to make prior resource and manpower allocation for each and every service. Hence, adjusting or canceling bookings would pose a hassle.
  • 3. Third party dependencies: Some services may involve third-party providers and, hence, can neither be canceled nor refunded.
30 days prior to arrival 10% of the tour cost.
15 days to 29 days prior to arrival 30% of the tour cost.
07 days to 14 days prior to arrival 40 % of the tour cost
02 days to 06 days prior to arrival 50% of the tour cost.
Less than 48 hours or no show NO REFUND
Jeep Safari & Canter Safari are non refundable.

Exceptions:

In cases that constitute force majeure—that is, natural disasters or events beyond our human control—we might take discretion and waive the refund and cancellation policy. This will, however, be taken on a case-by-case basis.

  • 2. Non-refundable: Upon completion, the payment is non-refundable.
  • 3. Bookings are non-transferable to other dates or services.
