The best way to ensure you will have an amazing time observing wildlife at Pench Tiger Reserve is to make your reservations before your visit. It can be done quickly with online safari booking. However, since the best time to visit is from 15th October to 30th June, there are limited entries per zone. Therefore, it is the primary reason you must pre-book your entire tour package to avoid disappointment, especially in peak season.
The Pench Tiger Reserve falls under the states of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. For a seamless experience, Pench National Park Safari Booking can be facilitated from the state's official website or private tourism agencies. Sillari, Khursapar, and Chorbahuli are the gates in the Maharashtra core area, whereas Touria, Karmajhiri, and Jhamtara are considered primary areas in the M.P. portion of the Pench tiger reserve.
You can make an online safari reservation with us on our website based on the chosen gate. A reservation can be made as early (120 days before the visit date). At the time of the safari reservation, you have to provide all vital details, such as name, age, gender, etc. You must also carry the same picture ID card used during your reservation, such as an Aadhar, voter ID, passport, or Driving License.

Visitors are supposed to get permission to enter Pench National Park, which can be prebooked on any online reservation portal or at the park's entrance gate. The permit charge depends on the type of vehicle and the park concerned. You must carry a valid proof of identification, such as a passport, driving license, or Aadhaar card. Furthermore, each vehicle needs to be assisted by a trained and experienced guide, and you have to follow all the rules and regulations of the park, including dress codes, safari timings, and wildlife etiquette. You must pre-book permits and safaris to avoid last-minute problems. The park authority or any reputed tour operator can be consulted for updated information concerning park rules and regulations.
To book an advance safari, visit the Madhya Pradesh Tourism website or private travelling agencies. The safari options shall be selected based on the day, time, and itinerary. A qualified guide, along with a registered car, can be chosen. Fill in the details related to the guest: guest name, age, proof of identity, etc. Online safari booking fees range from ₹1,500 to ₹2,000 per car for up to 6 people. During the safari, carry the confirmation copy with you. Advise early booking as much as possible to lessen the problem of availability, as bookings open 120 days in advance. Alternatively, one can also visit the park's entrance gate or, most reliably, through making a tour operator responsible for helping to make reservations for safaris.
Ensure that all the information you provide on an online reservation form for a safari is accurate. If you provide incorrect information, the reservation will be invalid and void.
Foreign visitors on safari ought to carry their passports because they are accepted forms of identification.
