The best way to ensure you have an amazing time observing wildlife at Pench Tiger Reserve is to make your reservations before your visit. This can be done easily with online safari booking. However, since the best time to visit is from 15th October to 30th June and there are limited entries per zone, prebooking is advised to avoid disappointment, especially in peak season. The Pench Tiger Reserve falls under the states of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Bookings can, thus, be facilitated through the official website of either state. Sillari, Khursapar, and Chorbahuli are the gates in the Maharashtra core area, whereas Touria, Karmajhiri, and Jhamtara are considered key areas in the M.P. portion of the Pench tiger reserve.
You can make an online safari reservation with us on our website based on the chosen gate. A reservation can be made as early as 120 days before the visit date. At the time of safari reservation, all details, such as name, age, gender, etc., are to be given. You must also carry the same picture ID card used at the time of your reservation, such as an Aadhar, voter ID, passport, or driver's license.

Note regarding vehicle Safari: A maximum of 6 people can ride in a single vehicle on a non-sharing basis. Children under five are free, and those over five are treated like adults.
To enter the Pench National Park, visitors are supposed to get permission to enter, which can be prebooked on any online reservation portal or at the entrance gate of the park. The permit charge is dependent upon the type of vehicle and the park concerned. Anyone needs to carry valid identification proof like a passport, driving license, or Aadhaar card. Each vehicle might need to be accompanied by a trained guide, and the visitors would have to follow all the rules and regulations of the park, including dress codes, safari timings, and wildlife etiquette. To book an advance safari, visit either the website of Madhya Pradesh Tourism or the official one. The options shall be selected for the day, time, and itinerary concerning the safari. A guide qualified, along with a registered car, can be chosen. Fill in the details related to the guest: guest name, age, proof of identity, etc. Online safari booking fees range from₹1,500 to ₹2,000 per car for up to 6 people. After the payment, an e-mail confirmation will give you the permit number and the instructions for the safari. During the safari, carry the confirmation copy with you. Advise early booking as much as possible to lessen the problem of availability, as bookings open 120 days in advance. Foreign visitors on safari should carry their passports with them while on safari, as these are the only accepted forms of identification.
The e-permit allows only six tourists to enter the jungle. So, if you are traveling in a big group, make sure you get the required number of permits.
Once the online safari booking is made, it is neither cancellable, transferable, shareable, nor modifiable without formal approval of the concerned forest department authorities.

The afternoon safaris and Pench National Park safari bookings are closed on Wednesdays. In addition to this, safaris are not available for entire days on public holidays, such as Holi, which falls in March, and Diwali in October or November. The Khursapur Gate is closed on Tuesdays, the Sillari Gate on Wednesdays, and the Chorbhauli Gate for both safaris.

Guides and Naturalists: Only registered guides issued by the park department will join your excursions. Do not try to change the guide or naturalist assigned to your group.
Single Permit Holders: bookings are available at extra cost. Any unused seats in the common safari shall be shared between fellow traveling companions. The additional amount is payable at the time of commencement of the safari.
Cost-Sharing: The total hire charge of the guide and safari vehicle will be shared equally by all the tourists in the vehicle. This fee is payable on entry.
