By accessing this website and using our services, you are bound by these policies.
By making a transaction on our site—for example, booking a tour or paying—you agree to the following guidelines and terms.
Once the cost of the tour or service is agreed upon, increases or changes of government levied charges including entrance fees to monuments/museums, taxes, fuel prices, or guide charges will be included as additional costs.
INDIA ARRIVAL acts as an intermediary for hotels, airlines, transportation providers, railways, and other service contractors. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are under the terms and conditions of the service providers.
All of our tour itineraries are representative and serve only as a general guide about the schedule of the trip. Weather, road, participant ability, and other factors may cause them to make some alterations to the itinerary before or during the trip. We may alter the itinerary at our discretion to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of the participant.
Our prices are negotiated with hotels and service providers. We have no control over the service providers' right to vary their rates at their discretion and without notice to us. It would be our right to add these variations to the quoted prices. Without special requests, check-in times for hotels are in accordance with standards unless indicated otherwise in the itinerary.
We do not accept any responsibility for delay, cancellation or extra charges, caused by natural calamities, flight rescheduling, accidents, mechanical failures, bad weather, sickness, landslides, political disturbance, strikes and so on, out of our hands.
We assume no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property caused by natural catastrophes, accidents, transportation problems, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, epidemics, government restrictions, or any other event over which we have no control.
In such situations, we don't have any liability to provide insurance for accidents, illness, theft or any other incident. The visitors must arrange proper insurance coverage in the client's home country. All personal belongings and baggage remain the sole responsibility of the client at all times.
